Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms of Use, subscription fees and other applicable fees cannot be changed, exchanged or transferred to another person/party. We can provide refunds or transfers of funds for any cancellation or termination of services on Our Platform provided:

1. Refunds can be submitted by sending the User's complete data to our electronic mail address (email) at cs@maubisa.id with the subject (Refund Request).
2. The amount refunded to you is not greater than the nominal amount you paid to us.
3. Refunds are made by transfer to the User's bank account as stated in the Refund Request.
4. The refund process will take approximately 30 (thirty) working days.
5. Refunds can only be approved if the User made a payment to us in an amount that exceeds the price that should have been paid by the User for the subscription package.
6. The refund will be approved if it is not caused by the User's incorrect selection of the subscription plan.
7. Refunds can be approved if the User has not made any negligence, errors in purchasing products or using emails, changed their mind and decided to cancel the purchase of our subscription plan.

If you find any links on our Website that you find offensive, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will consider requests to remove such links but are under no obligation to do so or to respond directly or promptly.

This limitation of liability provision is without prejudice to your rights guaranteed as a consumer by the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Detachment

As a result, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. Any unlawful, void or unenforceable provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Term Variations

PT Litera Edu Solusi reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time at its discretion.

These Terms and Conditions, including any legal notices and disclaimers on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between PT Litera Edu Solusi and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
